Supervisor LaValle unveils the 2003 Concert and Movie schedule with Councilman Tim Mazzei and several members of the original cast of the Broadway Beatlemania show.        Brookhaven Town Supervisor John Jay LaValle is proud to announce the Town's Summer 2003 Concert Season and new Weekly Outdoor Movie Festival at the Brookhaven Amphitheater and Cultural Center at Bald Hill in Farmingville.

This summer the Town will be bringing a full season of national level entertainment to the concert-going public from the Fourth of July to Labor Day. The upcoming concert season will not only include top level pop and rock artists at a reasonable ticket fee but will continue to offer free concerts to all.

Because of the success of last year's Family Movie night, the Town has decided to launch a Weekly Outdoor Movie Festival every Wednesday evening at 8 pm. The Amphitheater will show a hit film on the 50' by 28' outdoor, super-illuminated movie screen, using the same ultra-high quality sound systems for the movies as is used for the major onstage concerts.

The Amphitheater will offer improved food service with lower prices for quality food and soft drinks, including national brand ice creams and confections. There will also be more restroom facilities and parking spaces available.
