NYS Conservatives: Giglio Scores Perfect 100%
Giglio, who represents the Second Assembly District, earned the distinction based on her voting record on issues including taxes, public safety, Second Amendment rights, election integrity, energy mandates, property rights and parental rights.

Assemblywoman Jodi Giglio has earned a perfect 100% score from the New York State Conservative Party, putting the Suffolk County Republican among just 13 state lawmakers to receive the organization's highest rating for the 2026 legislative session.
Giglio, who represents the Second Assembly District, earned the distinction based on her voting record on issues including taxes, public safety, Second Amendment rights, election integrity, energy mandates, property rights and parental rights.
The Conservative Party evaluated lawmakers on 20 votes selected from 32 pieces of legislation, measuring how closely their decisions aligned with the party's positions.
Giglio's perfect score comes as the party highlights a widening ideological divide in Albany.
Assembly Republicans averaged 89.3%, compared with just 27.3% for Democrats.
State Conservative Party Chairman Gerard Kassar said the annual ratings give voters an opportunity to examine lawmakers' records beyond campaign promises and political rhetoric.
"We put out these ratings every year so voters can see how their legislators actually vote, not how they talk at home," Kassar said.
Among the legislation evaluated were controversial state budget measures involving taxes, energy mandates, immigration enforcement and gun restrictions.
The party also examined votes involving ballot language, parental terminology in state law and protections for crime victims.
Giglio's 100% rating places her among eight Assembly members statewide who achieved a perfect score. Five state senators also earned the distinction.
With Election Day approaching, Kassar urged New Yorkers to scrutinize their elected representatives' voting records before casting their ballots.
"Election Day is three weeks out," Kassar said. "Before you vote, look up your senator and your assembly member. Then let them know you checked."
For Giglio, the perfect score represents a clean sweep on the Conservative Party's legislative scorecard.
