Ride the Hot Hand with Gavin Williams
I can't tell you why Gavin Williams continues to be undervalued by the books, but I'm more than happy to keep cashing tickets while they do.

Williams may not have developed into the ace many expected, but one thing is undeniable—he misses bats at an elite rate. And for this prop, that's all we care about.
He's been piling up strikeouts all season, but lately he's taken things to another level. Williams has recorded 11 or more strikeouts in four consecutive starts, including a 12-strikeout gem in his last outing. That's simply dominant.
His 168 strikeouts in just 133 innings tell the story. Few pitchers in baseball generate swings and misses as consistently as Williams, and as long as he's attacking hitters like this, I'm going to keep backing him.
Arizona has been swinging the bats well recently, which is the only reason I'm not getting more aggressive with an alternate strikeout line. Even so, this number still feels too low considering the tear Williams is on.
As long as he's healthy and throwing the way he has over the past month, I'll continue to ride the wave.
Give me Gavin Williams Over 6.5 Strikeouts. Until the books adjust, this is a number I'm happy to keep playing.
