Three Ducks Earn Atlantic League Midseason All-Star Honors

The Long Island Ducks continue to showcase one of the Atlantic League's top rosters, as three standout players have been recognized for their exceptional first-half performances.

The Atlantic League of Professional Baseball Clubs (ALPB) recently announced its 2026 Midseason All-Star Team, presented by Drake, with starting pitcher Trevor Bauer, outfielder Jacob Robson and closer Ramon Santos earning selections through voting by the league's member clubs.

Bauer made an immediate impact during his time with the Ducks, posting a 5-1 record with a 2.36 ERA while striking out 66 batters and walking just seven over 42 innings in seven starts. His dominant stretch included a no-hitter on April 26 against Lancaster, followed by a franchise-record 15-strikeout performance against Gastonia on May 12. The 10-year Major League veteran was also named the Atlantic League's April/May Pitcher of the Month before having his contract transferred to Diablos Rojos del México of the Mexican League on June 22.

Robson has been one of the league's most productive hitters this season. Through 57 games, the first-year Duck is tied for second in the Atlantic League with a .598 slugging percentage and tied for fifth with 17 home runs. He has also compiled a .272 batting average, .390 on-base percentage and .988 OPS, while adding 47 RBIs, 59 runs scored, 62 hits, 13 doubles, four triples, 42 walks and 23 stolen bases. Defensively, the former Major Leaguer has been equally impressive, committing just one error in the outfield.

Santos anchored the Ducks' bullpen before his recent move to the Mexican League. The right-hander recorded a league-best nine saves while posting a 1-1 record and a 0.95 ERA over 18 appearances. He struck out 42 batters in just 19 innings, allowing only two earned runs all season. During his three-year Ducks career, Santos compiled an outstanding 11-3 record, 0.64 ERA, 29 saves and 155 strikeouts in 82 appearances before his contract was transferred to the Saraperos de Saltillo on June 27.

The trio's All-Star selections highlight the outstanding talent that helped make the Ducks one of the Atlantic League's premier teams during the first half of the 2026 season.
