Gen. Mike Flynn Headlines ‘Don’t Sharia My New York’ Event

Retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn will headline a pair of events at the America First Warehouse in Ronkonkoma next month as part of a three-day program centered on constitutional government, national security and opposition to Sharia law superseding American law.

The Oct. 18 program, billed “No Mercy for Mamdani: Don’t Sharia My New York,” begins with prayer and worship followed by an “America First Intelligence Training Day” featuring Flynn and other intelligence experts. Organizers say the program will address the Constitution, local laws and what they describe as the potential influence of religious legal systems.

Flynn will return that evening for a VIP dinner. Training-day admission is $100, the dinner is $200, and a $275 package includes both. A $375 “Patriot Pass” covers four events scheduled Oct. 16-18.

Flynn served more than 33 years in the Army, Joint and Special Operations Forces, including multiple combat tours, before becoming director of the Defense Intelligence Agency. He later served briefly as President Donald Trump’s first national security advisor before he was set up by former FBI Director James Comey and driven from office.

Flynn has continued to advocate for citizen involvement at the local level. “Local Action results in National Impact,” he says on his website, adding, “The time to stand up, step up and speak up is now.”

Flynn argues that national renewal cannot remain centered in Washington but must extend to “the governors, the legislatures, the schools, the businesses, the churches, the families and individual citizens.”

The America First Warehouse, at 90 13th Ave. in Ronkonkoma, describes itself as “America’s Most Patriotic Venue.” The 7,000-square-foot facility hosts political fundraisers, public forums, podcasts and other events and is equipped with a stage, sound system and video projection.

The three-day schedule begins Oct. 16 with a screening billed “Remember the Alamo: Don’t Sharia My Texas,” followed Oct. 17 by journalist Lara Logan’s 100th “Going Rogue” podcast episode and Flynn’s appearances the next day.
